ANNOUNCEMENT TIME!!! AHCEC would like to remind all that our monthly meeting is Wednesday Night at 7pm downstairs of Country Club. Spring Fling- Harbour Games April 5th- Details to be announce upon final approval Independance Day Spectacular July 4th- Details to be announced in May Oktoberfest- September 27th- details to be announce right after 4th of July event Holiday Events- TBD We will need volunteers for these events. Spring Fling approx 50 volunteers. Independance Day Spectacular due to the size of this event, our largest, 175 volunteers and Oktoberfest approx 50 volunteers. Its the wonderful and generous volunteers that makes these events possible for the entire community to enjoy. We are starting to take volunteers now for the first two events listed.
