ANNOUNCEMENT: The International HaganaH Federation (I.H.F.) Ranking for the F.I.G.H.T. Self Defense System goes into effect, at our facility, in JANUARY 2014. Testing is NOT required for our regular self defense class participants, however, this is the ONLY ranking officially recognized by the I.H.F., for those wishing to advance within the system. Testing requirements, ranking levels, fees & schedules are available as hand outs for our members at the reception desk. In addition, we are looking forward to adding Israeli Tactical Knife (I.T.K.) and Ground Survival classes, in the new year, along with Advanced Level pad work & Sparring. The new schedules & advanced level gear requirements are available on the bulletin board. (Please note: the additional ADVANCED LEVEL SPECIALTY CLASSES will ONLY be available to UNLIMITED MEMBERS who have passed their INTERMEDIATE 1 RANKING TEST. Plus, Advanced Level pad work classes have non-negotiable gear requirements. However, there are NO extra monthly fees charged for participation in these additional Advanced Level Specialty classes.) We are excited about the opportunity to offer our dedicated crew additional training opportunities as we strive to uphold the commitment to continual enhancement, as mandated by Mike Lee Kanarek and the F.I.G.H.T.
