President’s Report 2. Reading and Approval of minutes of last AGM. 3. Matters arising. 4. Treasurer’s Report. 5. Election of new office Bearers. 6. AOB. Members who wish to stand as candidates should send their letter by 24th January 2015. In case of lack of Quorum AGM will be held on 14th February 2015 with the same agenda, at the same place and at the same time.
