ANONMOUS:- On CBC news just now [Midnight Friday] the they referred to the federal governments treatment of veterans in their new spending allocation for mental health as a hot potato. I was just thinking how that is a very easily understood concept, the hot potato, and it does describe the government perfectly, not deadly to the touch but a multitude of distinct intolerable interactions via the terms of tax and trust Personally, I think the current provincial government’s stance on shale gas is brilliant, for example: On Thursday, Arsenault told Radio-Canada that the former Progressive Conservative government had created a de facto moratorium on shale gas through regulations that require the industry to have plans in place for treating fracking wastewater before they begin their work. The Brian Gallant Liberal government has not officially announced the moratorium, which sounds silly as it was in the platform; but there was no official time line for introducing it. So the government can analyze the problem for their entire term it seems; and during that time they cant be held accountable for breach of contract. I think, if there was a lawsuit, the industry would wait until the other lawsuits are done before filing one. With deflated oil it is a hard economic argument to make for the company to sue for potential profits. Keep this New Brunswick boat sailing! [ANON has hit the nail on the head. And here is said minister demonstrating his arrogance by trying to make a fool of Charles the Blogger. In so doing he shows distain for the majority of voters in New Brunswick. -- Greg] https://youtube/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=MxcuzGF620E#t=2
