ANOTHER ATTACK IN LAMU COUNTY. An attack reportedly occurred in Hindi trading centre in Lamu county and subsequent attack in Gamba police station in Tana river county. The specific number of casualties are not known but early report indicates presence of casualties with some houses burnt. According to Kenya Red Cross society gunshots have ceased, their team are on the ground and police are investigating who is behind the attack. This follows amid political tension in the country due to issue of national dialogue.Saba saba to be conducted on Monday 7th July which has received major criticism. Deputy president William Ruto is reported touring the coast and plan to visit Mpeketoni on Sunday. On 15th June similar attack shook Mpeketoni in Lamu county,more than 70 people died and scores injured.
