ANOTHER EXPERIENCE WITH KIDS TO LAUGH ABOUT, LOL Many years ago I was teaching in a Top Montessori (private ) school in Accra. (I was privileged to teach Ghanas 1st President, Dr Kwame Nkrumahs grand son (name with-held). It was the strict policy of the school that we should not lie to the children. That WHATEVER question the child can ASK, he/she has a mind matured enough for the answer. There was this day as I recall, I was teaching (cant really remember the topic) when one girl, Loreta XXX (I recall the name very well but with holding for obvious reasons) asked me. Uncle (thats how they address male teachers - school policy), WHO IS A VIRGIN? I stood there for a minute and asked that the Proprietor be invited to my class to help me out (as I could not lie - school policy). So, she came and the question was put to her. LOL And, she said A VIRGIN IS SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER GIVEN BIRTH TO A CHILD. ha ha ha ha aha. Oh Mehnnnnnn (even today am laughing but on the day I kept a formal straight face, eeeeiiiiiiii, ha ha aha ) Then the kids began, Auntie XXX, XXX etc etc is a virgin and other examples. I had to excuse myself to the gents to really laugh. The examples, they were giving. Ehhhhhhhhh, Virgins indeed ! ha ha ha aha aha And, definition of a virgin indeed. loooooooool
