ANOTHER HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a wonderful experience my husband and I had when purchasing our 2011 Toyota RAV4 at the end of November. Trent was our salesperson, and he did an outstanding job! He greeted me upon entering the sales office, listened to my needs, and showed me several vehicles that met my criteria, as well as making helpful suggestions that I had not considered. I was impressed with the way he listened to the specifics that I wanted in a vehicle, and he really streamlined the process. On the test drive, he answered my questions and I felt very comfortable talking to him. After the sale, which went very smoothly, he kept in touch to follow up and help me to solve some issues that came later. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and most of all made the entire process very pleasant.
