ANXIETY - This is the final post presently, helping you understand how SOUL 2 SOLE meditations can and will help with your anxiety :) Headache .... muscle tension is the neck leads to many of the headaches found in overall body tension, often fuelled by life situations. When we perceived the situation to be out of our control, the tension has no natural avenue of release. Breathing and progressive physical relaxation helps enormously here if you can use these when the 1st signs of headache begins; together with an appreciation how there are some things in life that we require to let go, as they are out of our control. Excessive thirst .... arises from a dry mouth. As the body produces an excessive amount of adrenaline whilst we are in an anxious state. The brain wanting to maintain chemical balance within our bodily systems which switch on a desire to drink and therefore flush though our body to release and relieve us of this stress hormone, resulting in an excess of adrenaline. Frequent urinating .... excessive thirst and dry mouth lead to drink more and therefore urinate more, to release the hormones produced by stress, to be then released. Painful or missed periods .... allowing the menstrual flow an unimpeded release is key here to pain free periods. The tension many women hold or regard about themselves is at the root of their emotional and therefore physical monthly pain. For relief of this Soul Healing is required. Insomnia .... (difficulty falling or staying asleep) Once we reach the state of relaxation, that is calm and peaceful stillness.
