The information reaching me now has it that, the exercise has been hitch-free.There are about 40 ballot boxes and the casting of votes is arranged according to states alphabetically. Once your state is mentioned, all the delegates from that state will simply walks up to any of the ballot boxes and cast his or her vote. Eligible delegates must come forward to the ballot boxes with their accreditation form to prove their eligibility to cast vote. As at 3am, voting proper has just commenced as the party INEC is working round the clock to conduct a free, fair and credible elections which will serve as blue print to the substantive INEC. Pals, lets keep praying that our messiah emerges victorious at the end of the day.
