APEC ADVISORY AS OF JUNE 01- 11:35am : The Technical and Operations crew are currently working out to load feeder 4 and be energized this late afternoon depending on the load. Adjustment on settings at embarcadero substation are also being made to match the parameters. Moreover, upon energization of feeder 4, arimbay, pag-asa up to part of sto.domingo will still be isolated due to insufficient load capacity of 10MVA Embarcadero substation. On the other hand, the new 10MVA Power transformer is expected to arrive late this evening. Timeline to energize is wednesday next wk. Timeline includes testing and installation. Another 10MVA is expected early next wk for a total of 2 units (10MVA x 2 units= 20MVA). Power interruptions are expected once the installation has started. As of this time feeder 2 is active connected at 5MVA transformer of bitano substation in effect of rotating brownout.
