APHC appeals donations for flood victims in Occupied Kashmir All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader Shabbir Ahmad Shah has urged Islamic scholars to motivate donors to take part in relief activities in Occupied Kashmir. This he stated during distribution of relief items among flood victims in adjoining areas of Srinagar.
