APPEAL Dear countryman, We all know, to run a democratic society - TopicsExpress

APPEAL Dear countryman, We all know, to run a democratic society or nation, rules, regulation and Laws requires. Our members of the parliament and members of legislative assembly of states of our country are responsible for framing these rules, regulations laws. At present, Innocent and honest people of our country afraid of rules, regulation and Laws whereas capitalist and criminals are playing with the laws for their benefits. Our, Legal & Administrative system were made by the Britishers with an intention to rule our country and those rules and regulation were oppressive in nature. Our country became independent but the legal and administrative system remains the same. Leaders of Independent India retained the same legal & Administrative system as set up by the Britishers so that they can also suppress the Indian citizen. People are now afraid to knock the door of judiciary & Administration to get justice. It becomes very difficult to get justice by the poor and innocent people. It is the duty of the MP & MLAs to raise their voice in the parliament and Assembly and frame laws for the betterment of public, so that the oppressive laws which were framed by the Britisher’s can be phased out. But they do not want to phase out the same or more so, we can say that they are not capable in doing so. If we look over the other responsibilities of the MP & MLAs, we find that they have to raise their voice in the houses for the control of price rise, removal of corruption, eradicate unemployment, empowerment of women, development of their constituencies, safety and security of the people, providing free health and education, etc. Whether they are able to perform all these responsibilities? Then, why, time and again we are electing them. Now a day, all the political parties are run by the black money of capitalists and our representatives (MP/MLA) are working like their agent. They are not working for the benefit and welfare of the people. Now, in parliament or assembly, the voice of people does not sound perhaps the voice of capitalist sounds for their benefits only. Is it not the responsibilities of our MP & MLA to raise their voice in parliament or assembly for the welfare and benefit of public and hold “Janata Darbar” during their whole tenure of five years to hear the problems of people and take all measures to short out? But they don’t do that. That’s why I do earnestly appeal to my entire countryman to think before casting your vote in the present parliament election. So that, a better future of our Indian democracy can be ensured. Jay Hind. MR. BUDHI NATH (ADVOCATE) PRESIDENT “NYAY MANCH”
