APPEAL: Police in #Tewkesbury are appealing for information after a man was robbed in the warehouse of a local firm. The incident happened between 8am and 8.30am on Friday June 14 in the car park at the back of Abbey Carpets on Church Street. The victim, a 45 year old man from Tewkesbury was opening the door of a warehouse when he was attacked from behind by two offenders which caused the victim to briefly lose consciousness. When he regained consciousness he saw the two offenders running away from the scene in the direction of the back of Avon, he then discovered that his wallet containing £500 cash had been taken. The first offender is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall wearing denim jeans and a dark top. He was described as having an ‘eastern European accent’. The second man is described as in his late-20s or early-30s, white and slightly shorter than the first man. The second man was wearing a track suit. Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact #Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 63 of June 14.
