ATIENZA, PA Area Commander/ Security Operation Officer FROM: ADMINISTRATOR OFFICE ASAI This memorandum circular #01 addressed to the BULK HANDLERS INC., is to be informed that it is required in our ARADA SECURITY AGENCY, INC., the supporting documents with an investigation to whatever will happen in any areas under our ASAI Agency. You are hereby to be informed and be guided accordingly under the true Spirit of the Law. There is no exemption to whatever incident will happened in all our areas either security operation or regarding termination of our security personnel to follow the RULE OF LAW and the due process of the Law. This is why everyone either our agency or our security officers and security personnel with our clients should know and have the knowledge about the law that we are under our Republic Act 5487 of the Implementing Rules & Regulations and to observed the agreement that is being signed of our agency with our clients whatever problems will arise that is supported by the supporting documents of any cases or violations under the RULE OF LAW. Hoping that the present problems we encountered with an immediate decision of the termination of our client in that particular area whom you know with our security personnel from Visayas should have a supporting papers or documents of investigation about their violation and not to be considered that there is discrimination among our security personnel. This particular case that we have is first time to encountered to our client as isolated case compared to other areas under our ASAI AGENCY. Hoping that the ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE being your ADMINISTRATOR of our ASAI agency is not just to accept only opinions or verbal instructions to whatever decisions that is being made of our clients. We are being directed as an agency for 15 years of experienced to provide with consistent professionalism on its services. Based in our relationship in our other clientele which our agency is consistent with the servicing the client and to support the posted guards on any emergencies that may arise. Let us immediately resolved the present problem today in asking our client in that particular area for proving the investigation report coming from our own investigation and to the report or memo coming from out client with their complaint why they immediately terminated other security guards into their respective post/duty. Hoping for your immediate action to the above-mentioned problem in our particular post who immediately terminate our security personnel without proper notice or supporting documents that is necessary under the RULE OF LAW.
