ARE! Luk 4:18-19 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” There is this neglected truth about who we are-sons of God to be exact. Our Heavenly Father has put in us(His children) His Holy Spirit to sustain us as we live by faith. And the presence of the Holy Spirit is not a formality, it is for a purpose, lives depend on it. We are called for something greater than ourselves, the will of God. We are anointed to bring hope to the weak and light to the lost, that is who we are. We need to take some time out and engage in the works of our Father. We have watched for far too long as lives perish and now we must assume our responsibilities, for the Spirit of the Lord is upon us. We have been given power and authority to heal, deliver, recover and set free in the name of Jesus. Carriers of the light and hope is who we are, let us be.
