ARE YOU A GOOD LEADER??? The following are some of the qualities of a good leader. 1...A good leader must be friendly or sociable. 2...A good leader must show interest in the problems of those he or she lead. 3....A good leader must have a good character,and show itself example to his or her followers. 4...A good leader must communicates effectively with his followers. This means that he will not only talk to them but also listen to them. 5...A good leader must has forsight.this means that he must be able to see his people future needs and prepare to meet these needs. 6...A good leader must be fair to everybody. 7...A good leader must has courage. This means that he or she must carried out good decisions without being afraid of anyone.
