ARE YOU...HOME......YET.? John 14:2. In my Fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. I grew up in church listening to all types of sermons: during public worship services, tent-stadium-evangelistic-rallies, seminars-conferences, radio-television programs, books, audio-videos, weddings and funerals....etc. If you are like me, you might have heard this above-mentioned passage of scriptures preached in funeral-services countless of times. Many of you reading this post I assume you are familiar with all kinds of methods of interpreting scriptures. The two major methods of interpreting scriptures are: -The Literal Interpretation -The Metaphorical Interpretation. Most religious fundamentalists are literalistic in their interpretation of scriptures.....THAT IS WHY THEY ARE A VERY CONFUSED AND CONFUSING BUNCH OF PEOPLE......I used to be one of them.....I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT BY EXPERIENCE. There are some people who literally believe that after they die they will go to: -A literal heaven. -A literal city with literal golden streets. -A literal mansion prepared by Jesus for them. -Maybe even a literal heavenly golden car of their dreams....etc..(after all what would the literal golden streets be for if not for driving cars or walking on them). Some in some religions are even look forward to be rewarded with....LITERAL VIRGINS....for eternal pleasures.... Can you imagine that millions of people believe and preach these stuff as......THE WORD OF GOD.......Ask me about it. After my.....I AM-PRESENT MOMENT.....experience 8 years ago.... I couldnt continue believing about......FUTURE ISSUES.....ESCHATOLOGY ISSUES.....DOCTRINES OF THE END-TIME-ISSUES.....LITERAL-RAPTURE-ANTI-CHRIST-SECOND-COMING-OF-CHRIST-HEAVEN-AND-HELL-ISSUES......I know these are hot potatoes.....WELL I AM JUST TELLING YOU.......I DONT DIG THOSE THINGS NO MORE There are three gentlemen who helped me to make sense of what I was experiencing: -Eckhart Tolle.....The Power Of Now. -Andrew Cohen.....Evolutionary Enlightenment. -A Vietnamese Buddhist Monk called:...THICH NHAT HANH.....I read so many of his books on Buddhism and meditation......EVEN ABOUT JESUS CHRIST FROM A BUDDHIST PERSPECTIVE.......The man is beautifully and absolutely brilliant. Allow me to make this confession: I HAVE PERSONALLY BEEN TOUCHED VERY DEEPLY BY THE LIFE STORY AND THE WRITINGS OF THICH NHAT HANH This mans lifelong efforts to generate peace and reconciliation moved Dr Martin Luther King in 1967 to nominate him for.....THE NOBLE PEACE PRIZE He is still alive at the age of 87, my dearest moms age. -A Universal Spiritual Teacher. -An Author.....with over 100 books published....with more than 40 translated into English. -A Poet. -A Peace Activist. He was banned from his own country for....his non-violent....non- partisan-universal-stance.....He has lived in exile in France for over 40 years: -He understands the violence of war. -He understands the pain and suffering of displacement and homelessness because of ethnic-tribal-racial-religious-cultural exclusion. It was the very same....homeless..... Vietnamese Buddhist Monk who have helped people like me and millions others who have suffered at the hands of religious abuse and displacements to find our.....TRUE HOME IN.....UNIVERSAL SPIRITUALITY WITHIN OURSELVES.....OUR TRUE HOME. It was this natural.....exileness and homelessness....in the life of.....Thich Nhat Hanh......that helped him discover his own true.....HOME WITHIN HIMSELF There are many timeless.....Universal Timeless Principles....I have learned from.....BUDDHISM......One of the most important lesson I have learn from BUDDHISM is how to deal with....THE HUMAN CONDITION AND SUFFERING. ARE YOU HOME YET? Truth be told, many of us feel lost in this world. Years ago when I came to CHRIST......I knew beyond any shadow of doubt that....I WAS LOST BUT I WAS NOW FOUND. After so many years as a Christian-Pastor-Bishop, I knew without a shadow of doubt that.....I BECAME LOST IN THE RELIGION CALLED CHRISTIANITY.......With all due respect to.....MY LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.....I reached a place where.....THE RELIGIOUS SYSTEM CALLED CHRISTIANITY....was no longer working for me. The accusation.... The rejection.....The lying....The demonising....The anti-christing....The betrayal.....The hatred....The hostility.....THE LOVELESSNESS.....THE CHRISTLESSNESS.....THE MEANNESS.... I experienced when I became a UNIVERSALIST from fellow so-called....CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST.....to date made me realise.....MY SPIRITUAL HOMELESSNESS........I knew I was......SPIRITUALLY EXILED........Guess what?........IN HINDSET I AM GLAD I WAS EXILED........ALL THESE PAINFUL THINGS I RELIGIOUSLY SUFFERED WAS USHERED ME TO MY......HOME Ladies and gentlemen.......I KNOW DEEP DOWN IN MY HEART......I HAVE FINALLY AWAKENED TO MY......ONENESS WITH GOD.....WITHIN ME........I AM HOME Are you home yet?........HEAVEN IS IN YOUR HEART ......HOME IS WITHIN YOU. My mentor said to me 8 years ago: Jackson.....THE-I AM-CHRIST-IN YOU.....is the only.....CHRIST YOU WILL EVER KNOW.......WOW.!!!!!.......Ask me about it. I will be eternally grateful to.....THICH NHAT HANH.....who through his writings, have touched me deeply......RIGHT THERE.....HOME....WITHIN Are you home yet?
