ARE YOU SINGLE? Do not worry about who or when you will marry. Let God take care of it, for He is the best matchmaker. He is the only one who knows who in the world is the best match for you, because He is the one who sees and knows everything about everyone, including the hidden secrets of their hearts. He is the one who knows everyones true character and also which character best matches yours. He knows whether that person is in the same country, town or village that you are in, or whether he/she is in another part of the world. He is able to make the two of you meet in His own miraculous way and at just the right time. Therefore, do not use your own eyes, feelings, thinking or reasoning to get a marriage partner. If you do, you will end up getting someone who was not meant for you, and you will end up having many regrets and disappointments that God never wanted you to have. Instead, pray and seek God about it as you live in accordance to His will, and He will bring the right person your way and even tell you that he or she is the one through such ways as dreams and visions. However, if you are not born- again and filled with The Holy Spirit this will not happen, because it is only through His Spirit that God speaks and gives specific personal guidance to a person. The reason that many marriages today are in turmoil, conflicts, unfaithfulness, mistrust and breakages is because they were formed through peoples own thinking, seeing, feelings and opinions, instead of consulting and depending on God as the correct matchmaker. Such couples have no one else but themselves to blame for their misfortunes. The Bible says: Trust in The LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:5-6
