ARMS, ARMS, ARMS!!! --------------------------------------------------------- Check out these 4 awesome moves to really help tone your arms! Start each set with a lighter weight for 10-12 reps, then decrease to 8 reps for 2 sets, but increase your weight each time, do 2 more sets until youre back down to your starting weight. ------------------------------------------------------------ If you dont have dumbbells, you can easily substitute in some resistance bands - instead of upping your weight just tighten up the band so that youre adding more and more resistance :) ----------------------------------------------------------- Dont forget to TAG me in any of the workouts you try from me and SHARE with your friends who might be looking for some new moves to add to their routine!!!
