*ARREST UPDATE 2 OF 2* I have shared this video before but this is the first encounter I ever had with Officer Quinlan. I was taking photos and private security guards told me to move from the sidewalk and photography was illegal there. He is not visible in the video and the audio is dampened by the wind but this first account pretty much summarizes every encounter I have ever had with Quinlan: Rude, ignorant of his duties and the law, eagerness to use force rather than deescalate, and willingness to make things personal. You can all thank Officer Quinaln for being the Officer that set me on the path to where I am today. My arrest last night was something out of 1984. My friend who witnessed it said it essentially looked like a black-bagging. (Technically it was still November 4th at the time, but still so close to the 5th.) There were some extraordinary circumstances surrounding not just my arrest but things that happened while I was in the jail. I will address these issues publicly over the next few days and I would appreciate everyones support through this.
