ARRIVING AT GODS DESTINATION What a beautiful day we have. Beloved,ill like to share with you today a beautiful piece put together by a regular reader of scent of water.This morning,Segun shares:I remembered back then in the mathematics class,following procedures and formulas religiously was the secret to success and outstanding result during our maths exams.On a very faithful day,in a calculus class after I had written a whole sheet of mathematical workings,I discovered I missed it from line 7.It was a waste of time, because I had to start all over again.If I must arrive at the right answer, then I must follow the procedure. In Life,if you want outstanding results,a successful life,a stress-free life,a healthy life,in fact a result oriented life promised us by God,then the question is,are you following Gods formula?Just like mathematics guides us by formulas,into many discoveries and solutions,God also has his own methods or procedures of achieving results.Unlike the mathematical jargons,His commandments are not burdensome (1Jn 5:3).His way are not our ways, likewise His thoughts arent ours. There is God ordained destinations for all of us,but we must follow through His ways to arrive at His ordained destinations.When you travel on a wrong path,speed becomes irrelevant,because you can never arrive at the right destination. In Psalms 119 vs 15,97,99, David understood the Gods way of getting Gods result and he encourages us to do likewise.Also 1 Timothy 4:15 and Joshua 1:8 is unto the believers like a study guide or a course outline to ensuring success in a delicate race.If you want God kind of result,then you must follow His instructions.Pastor Sam Adeyemi puts it like this wanting Gods result and not doing it Gods way is witchcraft and wizardry Today, make up your mind to follow Him through.
