~ ART, FREE OF CHARGE IN ATHENS ~ While being in NYC in September-October I had a fundraising event to gather funds to create a mural with immigrant children living in Athens. But now, after much thought, I believe it’s imperative, for me, to slightly change this idea (I hope the funders don’t want their money back). So I am now looking for 42 interested people, with large walls, in Athens, to create 42 different painting, string and nail pieces -a bit similar to what you see in these pictures. I guarantee that they will ALL be different! And please feel free to ask me why I want to make 42… All materials are covered by the funders (except for x-mas lights), pieces need to be created indoors, and I only ask that the interested person provides healthy snacks and drinks while I work, and transportation costs, if I cannot get to their place walking, via metro or bus.
