ARTISAN OPPORTUNITY: A new market called Mercado Oliva located downtown at the Plaza de Armas and Spanish Governors Palace will take place once a month, starting on May 3 and is currently accepting vendor applications. Free booths to the first dozen vendors. The market is an extension of the new fresh food eatery, Oliva, also owned by Chef Chuck Hernandez, which will open later this year.
