AS I AM sitting here this morning, looking at Tommys christmas - TopicsExpress

AS I AM sitting here this morning, looking at Tommys christmas stocking and wondering what section to do next, I am realizing just how many people are involved in the creation of this canvas. Think about it. It all starts w/ the piece being designed by Liz, painted, and then ordered for me by Peacock Alley Needlepoint. Ive had beau coup help from the wonderful ladies at Ruth Schmuffs shop, Bedecked and Bedazzled, for fibers, needles and silk ribbons, w/ Ruth giggling behind me and saying, Id be crazy after doing all of that tent stitching! The Beaded Sista for lovely beads from one of my forays w/ Judith Furie to the Bead Expo, and my ebay store for stretcher bars. After all of that, Ann Whitaker-Sauls, has spent countless hours suggesting, explaining, and encouraging me w/ ideas....and listening to me complaining, until shed like me to dissolve forever into cyberspace! My dear, Judith Furie has had the patience of a saint, w/ shopping, beading and stitching ideas, and trading beads and silk ribbons back and forth until we are blue in the face. Cara Richard, is teaching me to be a little more free w/ my stitching, thus the pine garland stitching....but, shell NEVER convince me to cut a canvas! And, my wonderful NP friends from all over the place, who have continued to encourage and egg me on to get this done!! I am blessed! Hugs to all!
