ASEAN integration is coming gradually. Yet, at the moment Cambodia political situation is yet to be solved. Provided that the Top People kept this situation lasts longer, we, Cambodian, would get negative impacts than the positive ones. Why? Because we are poor, quality of education is still not good enough, GDP is nothing to say if compare to the neighbor countries. Other countries are good enough for this integration because they have human resource, white-collar workers in particular. They have strong secondary,tertiary and quaternary industry, so it does not matter for them. Yet, for Cambodia, only a small percentage of students who study abroad and some professional ones who work here cannot accelerate Cambodia developement to be qualified in the short time at all.
