ASHLEY COLE has told Wayne Rooney: You MUST come to Chelsea and play for Jose Mourinho. The Special One is preparing a fresh bid for Rooney after seeing an initial £24million approach knocked back. Mourinho signed Cole from Arsenal in 2006 in a transfer that sent shockwaves through football.
