ASK GOD TO PLEAD YOUR CAUSE ------------------------------ In Psalm 83,David pled his cause.The reason was that his enemies have taken dangerous vows against him. The name of Israel is your name,my name,your husbands name,wifes name,your offsprings name etc.It is also the name of your church,your company,your school and any business or organization you are part of that has your name in it for Gods sake. Remind God of what David pled.And plead your case too.Read verse 9-18. Should Christians pray against their enemies?Well,David was a king,a priest and a prophet.He prayed these prayers under unction.Sometimes under unction,you will decree judgment against your enemies. Note also he didnt declare directly.He asked God to intervene.He told God,...DO UNTO THEM(v.9)....MAKE THEIR NOBLES(v.11).......MAKE THEM LIKE A WHEEL(v.13)....PERSECUTE THEM WITH THY TEMPEST(v.13).....MAKE THEM AFRAID(v.15)....FILL THEIR FACE WITH SHAME(v.16)......LET THEM BE CONFOUNDED AND TROUBLED(v.17)..
