Withdrawals are not disabled. Members may make a withdrawal request any time (all 7 days). However, based on our account type, we do have daily sending limits. That will be applied. Also note that as mentioned on the withdrawal page, withdrawal processing time is upto 24 hours and on some occasions may take upto 48 hours. The aftermath: --------------------- But i also agree that there was lack of communication from your side. We had seen admin like CAP who had limited cashout and also paidverts admin where we got payment after 8-10 days. But they always kept communication their top priority. Also , not to mention your admin team who were too arrogant . But now that member has apologized so its not a problem now. I just hope its not too late as members are bound to jump on next big thing. I still hope this will do well in long run, lets see.
