ASPT Studio & Gym is back open on this fine Friday morning……. We have Circuits at 10am and Kettlebells at 5.30pm for those who are looking to start their weekend the right way!! Busy weekend in the Studio too as we host a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar run by Estonian BJJ star Martin Aedema along with the Misfits….exciting stuff!! REMEMBER NEXT WEEKEND MARKS THE START OF MY 3 FOR 2 OFFER AND NEW CLASS ON A SUNDAY MORNING 10AM!!
