Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to work well within a team and independent. Be able to prioritize and manage own work. Customer focused and service orientation. Knowledge of relevant policies will be an added advantage and must be computer literate. Duties: Ensure general control and maintenance over assets in the institution. Ensure all assets are bar-coded and properly marked. Conduct monthly and quarterly verification of assets. Record all assets in the assets register. Maintain and keep registers of cell phones, warranties and losses. Disposal of assets and writing minutes thereof. Compile and submit monthly report of reconciliations between assets and BAS reports to Central Office.
