AT&T can kiss my ass....and Ill tell you why. About a week and a half ago I canceled my cable because they jacked my monthly rate up to almost double what it was. I was told I had ten days to return the box. I was also told I could hand the box to my mail carrier instead of having to take it anywhere. 3 days later I found myself in the hospital. I finally feel well enough to start packing the items up to return to them and the packing slip says DO NOT Give to your mail carrier...WTF! Thats the exact opposite of what I was told. So...now I have to find a UPS store today or risk owing AT&T $150...and that is why AT&T can kiss my ass.
