AT&T has really made me mad!! So Kaylees uverse box went out, got the replacement today. We try to set it up but it wouldnt accept the WiFi signal. So I troubleshoot. Uverse reset my boxes and resent signal to my modem...now NOTHING works!!! Phone, internet, and TV are out! So I call Tech support...the guy gets tired of trying to figure it out so He tells me he is sending a Tech out to my house because it must be something with the outside line!! Im calling BS...everything worked fine, except one box that wouldnt connect, until AT&T sent a reset signal!!!! Hope they know they are gonna credit my account!! So anyone who needs to get a hold of us, call our cells!!
