AT&T has struck again! Oh, to live somewhere that isnt monopolized by Comcast and AT&T (I cant do satellite because of my apartment). I picked AT&T again because it seems it is the lesser of the two evils but once again, they screw me over. And the customer service was ATROCIOUS. Finally, I got a manager on the phone who still didnt take care of their mistake but agreed to give me a $20 credit. I asked how much it would be for early termination and it was over $200. Lord, give me strength. Another minute on the phone with them and you guys would either be visiting me in the hospital from a coronary or prison. For you know what.
