AT THE GLAD: Sun 30th Nov: Flux/ Storywheel / Victoria Hume Flux apply their sublime musicianship to combine traditional Asian roots with World music, Western jazz, contemporary classical and urban influences, employing instrumentation ranging from piano to bansuri, violin, double bass, guitar and cajon. Formed only two years ago, they have already performed at Glastonbury Festival, London Southbank Centre, The Great Escape and the Indig02. Drawing on world music influences from the Middle East and North and West Africa, as well as folk music of the British Isles, Storywheel create a unique and coherent fusion.
