AT THIS LOCATION ARE USUALLY HIGH VOLUMES OF MEXICAN MOTHERS DURING COMMONLY KNOWN FOOD DISTRIBUTION DAYS DURING THE WEEK OBTAINING PROVISIONS FOR THEIR FAMILIES. WHAT I FIND DISTURBING IS BISHOP WESTER OF Salt Lake city in OVERSEEE of the Ogden st. Josephs St Josephs Church may not have made known to the Spanish speaking congregations in St. Josephs or St. James parish, days the Utah food bank has additional provision assistance for needy families. There can be no excuse as the churches in the auspices of Bishop Wester have Spanish speaking priests under his SEE to communicate to the Spanish Roman Catholics in the Ogden churches. This is a DUAL failure as bIshop Wester is also Director of Catholic community services which is unrelated to Catholic Charities or the Roman Catholic church.
