ATEMS PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST (See details below for more info) 1. The Photography Contest is open to all students, faculty and employees. 2. The contestant has the freedom to express his/her ingenuity and creativity with the models. 3. The Photo Shoot entries must be relevant to the theme: “Make-Up Transformation: Modern Scientists and/or Mathematicians.” 4. Registration is FREE. Once the contestant passes his/her entry photo, he/she is already registered. 5. The contestant may only submit one entry printed in A4 photo paper. 6. Photographs must be colored with the following specifications: JPEG (or other image formats) for digital shots and burned in a properly labeled CD with contestant’s full name, course/year and contact number. 7. For film users, entries must be accompanied by developing envelop and negative sleeve. 8. The CD must be placed in a short brown envelope and labeled outside with contestant’s full name, course/year, and contact number. 9. Please bring identification card (ID) on the day of the event. 10. Deadline of submission of entries is on September 22,2014 and is to be submitted to: Precious Grace Sikat. 11. Use of software is allowed for the purpose of enhancement, color correction, layout (for the four picture style of the Make-Transformation theme), and clean-up only. 12. Upon submission, the organizer reserves the right to reproduce in print or in soft copy or publish the photo for exhibit with due credits to the owner. The owner still reserves the copyright of the photo. 13. Entries that do not conform to the above requirements will automatically be disqualified from the contest. 14. Winners will be awarded during the awarding ceremony on September 26,2014 at Room 305 and will be notified through SMS.
