ATTACHED: FORENSIC Audit & Ethics Review Petition The attached original (must be printed in color) is a petition request for an external, independent FORENSIC Audit (suitable for use in a court of law) of the City of Memphis budget & an Ethics Review of the Memphis city council, city administration and all other associated City of Memphis leaders. The purpose of this petition and ethics review is to investigate and identify conflicts of interest in budget decisions which are not in the best interest of Memphis or Memphians.
