ATTENTION! 19.08 Donetsk was fired probably by the Tochka-U rocket. Allegedly it is underground warehouses of the Donetsk State Plant of Chemical Products (DSPCP). It was before twilight. Inhabitants observed a huge cloud like a mushroom full of a smoke which rose over object, and then started moving to South side. On the Internet there was a big panic about it. Then everything abated. There were videos later appears with this event including the rocket. Unclear whether the rocket was brought down or it was explosion at height. 2nd explosion was about 22-22:30 aprox, same object. Again cloud, but already in the dark.
