These new rules will be in effect from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 From April 1, 2014 up to July 4, 2014, the Quebec immigration have received 4, 463 applications. There are only 2, 027 remaining slots for applications before the maximum of 6, 500 is CONSUMED.
