ATTENTION ALL STALLHOLDERS AND VISITORS THE SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS CHRISTMAS FAIR WILL BE OPERATING TOMORROW, SUNDAY 14TH DECEMBER FROM 9AM-4PM AT SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS WINES, OLDBURY ROAD, SUTTON FOREST (OFF ILLAWARRA HIGHWAY) Thanks to a reprieve in the weather, allowing some of the grounds at Southern Highlands Wines to dry out, we are able to run the Fair tomorrow (Sunday)! Around 80 of our loyal stallholders arrived this afternoon and have set up their tents, ready for trade tomorrow. We are expecting a further 60-70 to arrive in the morning, including all of our food vendors - which is fantastic considering the circumstances :) Visitors: As we cannot guarentee some of what has been advertised for the fair, and due to the short-notice cancellation of the operation of the Fair today (Saturday), we have decided to waive the entry fee for tomorrow. In leiu of this, we ask that you donate a gold coin to the Moss Vale Rural Fire Service. The RFS have worked tirelessly with us each and every year, and many members have even been out there with us all afternoon helping prepare for tomorrow. They truly are a fine bunch of people, who are always willing to help in any way they can, so please donate generously. Stallholders: Please be aware that the gates will not be open for set up until 6.15am. Please do not arrive before this time. After this, it will be all guns blazing, with all stalls to be ready to trade at around 8.30am for the early shoppers! We are using our improvising skills to create the best layout possible, working with and around the condition of our normal stall site area, allowing for maximum people-flow for each and every stall. We ask that all stallholders are patient with us, as we are doing the best we can under the circumstances. We thank all of you, and the general community, for your support and encouragement at this stressful time. We look forward to seeing you all out there tomorrow!
