It has come to our attention that Hon Alexander Kimutai Kosgei Kigen has embarked on a backward mission of passing, promulgating and implementation of the unwritten law of compromise. And the bait this time of a mere 50,000 Kshs, became one Kelvin Kipchumba, a guy whom we doubt his sincerity in being a constituent of the larger Emgwen constituency... Yesterday, the newcomer in the world of blog came out vocally yesterday to rebuke in the strongest terms possible the good work that was done by the forward minded, industrial, educated youths of Emgwen Constituency on Tuesday : Demanding for the declaration of the Emgwen Parliamentary seat to be vacant. This was done in conformity with article 103 (1)b that provides for the declaration of a parliamentary seat vacant by the speaker on the grounds that the holding member misses a minimum of 8 sittings (NB not 8 consecutive sittings).The member in question has missed a wholesome 68 sittings, 8 of which are consecutive. He has surpassed the constitutional threshold for his removal not only mightily, but also passionately and spiritedly. And therefore to see some incompetent diagrams of people come up now, drowning themselves in cheap bribe, is not only belligerent to economic empowerment of the constituents of Emgwen, but also a veraciously greedy attribute. It is heinous, impalatable, barbaric and uncouth. It is causing discomposure and discomfiture among the spirits of the greatest Emgwen constituents.We have to put several things into perspective as concerned youths of Nandi County... 1) We support with our might and strength the deliberate efforts by one learned Mr Daniel Kipchumba. Any efforts to kick out Mr Alex Kosgey is an effort to salvage the people of Emgwen. History is bipolar and it will harshly judge the likes of Kipchumba Kelvin when hi falls in the wrong end. 2) OPERATION ALEX KOSGEY is still on, vibrant, uncompromised, breathing, alive and kicking. We shall not be shaken nor be moved by cheap handouts that is Kelvin Kipchumbas source of income. We shall steer it to the very conclusive end... 3) Failure by the National Assembly speaker to declare the seat vacant will only serve to rejuvenate us and not to kill our already winning spirit.We shall not relent in ensuring that we exhaust all the possible avenues provided by the constiotution. We are asking ourselves where is Mr Alex?The MPs do not know him. His friends miss him. The people of Emgwen dont need him anymore... Our Jubilee government is too big for Alexs gimmick, and a performing government should be devoid of Alexs calibre of impurities... #Tunapanga_kazi
