ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! This is an official announcement. First things first is that insurance will cost you only £25 for the whole year. This covers you when training with any Jistu Foundation Club within the UK! Please bring your £25 to the session on Thursday or at latest Tuesday (For those who started at the beginning of term). Next you must pay a measly £10 to our lovely friends at the SU at cusu.org or at the SU reception (located on the first floor of the HUB). This payment will ensure future subsidisations for events and national competitions. In the long run you gain money...trust me. Upcoming dates you should keep your calender clear for: Provisionally the date for the regionals is on the weekend of 26th October. This is a great event where you get to train with different clubs and different Senseis. Next...the big daddy... the Atemi Nationals. This is a weekend event where you get to train with ALL the clubs within the UK and then compete against them. You will meet new people and be taught by top Senseis within the Foundation!!!
