ATTENTION: All interested Health Care Professionals, Physicians, Nurses, First Responders, Rescue Personel, Firefighters, Policemen, Emergency Response Trainers, Athletic Coaches Physical Education Teachers, Life Guards and SCUBA Diving Professionals. Under of AGBAY Lifesavers Circle will conduct and Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT-B) Course Training, This Program is a well designed module, prepared as a comprehensive Pre-hospital standard patient care, fit for Philippine setting. This training is intended for all healthcare Prifessionals and Rescuers who desired to magnify their knowledge and upgrade their emergency management skills. Philippines has already promoted and regualted Emergency Medical Services Program thru TESDA. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) National Certification II was designed and has been provided with a training Regualtion. All Emergency responders, Field Rescuers, Firefighters, Disater workers and Healthcare providers and trainers may now undergo standard emergency care training and consequently qualify to take theEMS National Certification II Assessment with TESDA. Successfull candidates will then be issued an EMS Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (AREMT) EMT Assessment. During the EMT training, the Medical Director will function as the Medical overseer throughout the whole course Other faculty members, lecturers and trainers are registered Nurses, Respiratory & Occupational Therapists, Fire- Rescue Instructors, EMTs and Lifesavers Circle Nurses who are certified TESDA NC II holders. Mr. Esacar V. Agbay, Jr., the Program Director is the first EMT Assessor in the philippines certified by Australasian Registry of Emergency medical Technicians (AREMT) on September 25, 2006. He was trained and certified as an EMT Instructor by Virginia USA Rescue 911 Paramedic Trainers thru Operation Smile International on February 25, 2005 in Laguna, Philippines. Mr. Agbay was a Resource Speaker/Instructor during EMT training conducted by the Department of Health in Taptap, Cebu on September 11 to 24, 2005. He was also one of the EMT Faculties/Instructors in the Philippine National Red Cross EMT Training in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental on March 6 to 23, 2006. He is also a member of the Philippine Society of Emergency Medical Technicians (PSEMT). On February 9,2010, TESDA Region VII appointed Mr. Agbay as an EMS Assessor to conduct the first EMS NC II assessment in Cebu City.
