ATTENTION CALDWELL PARISH: We had a customer that came to the Shop today accusing Jamie of not standing by his word. Then he proceeded to bring Caldwell Parish in by posting his beliefs on the Caldwell Parish Community News Facebook Page. First, Mr. Shaun Moore, of Kelly Louisiana came to the shop and requested that Jamie repair his vehicle with a cash price in September of this year. The damages were to the driver’s side bed panel. Mr. Moore is accusing, Duffs, of damages done to the passenger side bed panel. The repairs to this vehicle were completed approximately two months ago. The first knowledge that Duffs had of Mr. Moore’s complaints to the repairs of his vehicle was today, Nov. 20, 2013. Mr. Moore has publically accused all of our customers of being “Ediots on that Facebook Page and that we only work on junk.” Jamie, Jared, Jenna and I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone in this Parish for supporting our business. As with any business, there are oversights, mistakes, etc. But I have never known our business to ignore any of our customers concerns and to make them satisfied even if it cost us money out of pocket. Mr. Moore and his Friend has said Jamie would not even take the opportunity to look at his issues. Our surveillance films show otherwise, which will be available to anyone that would like to view them. Those same surveillance films will show that Mr. Moore spun out in our drive throwing rocks at all the vehicles in our lot which he will be responsible to paying for any damages done. We can only apologize for this being brought the attention of Caldwell Parish residents but also would like to defend ourselves. Thanks To All of You that have Defended us today.
