ATTENTION MOBILE RAIL WORKERS! If anyone from Mobile Rail management or a representative of Mobile Rail threatens to fire you for engaging in this strike which is protected under NLRA section 7 for union and NON UNION employees under "concerted activity". Tell them to give you this Threat in writing! Do not accept this threat verbally. Tell them that they must give it to you in writing! If they can send out Union Busting letters massive volumes and have letters about Osha complaints that they can hand out to us in person then they there is no excuse for them not providing you in writing the Threat to Fire you for participating in this Work Stoppage (Strike). When you get this make sure it gets in the hands of another employee and IWW Legal Team A.S.A.P.
