ATTENTION NON-EXHIBITING SUPPLIERS: While it is our pleasure to welcome you to our show as an attendee, we would like to remind you that ANY solicitation of business by non-exhibiting Suppliers, including distributing business cards, is strictly prohibited. NAEC’s suitcasing policy is outlined below and will be enforced. If you would like to participate in the 2014 Exposition and have the opportunity to engage in business with your industry peers, please contact Kerrie Rebmann at [email protected]. Non-exhibiting suppliers have the option of registering fully for the convention or registering expo only, but are NOT able to use VIP expo passes distributed by exhibiting companies. Exhibitors have put a great deal of time, effort and money into this show, and we appreciate and respect that with these registration rules. If you would like to purchase a pass for the expo, or register fully for the convention and expo, please refer to the registration link at naecconvention for pricing. Suitcasing Policy What is Suitcasing? Suitcasing is when a non-exhibiting company solicits business in exhibit hall aisles, another company’s booth or public spaces within the convention center. Suitcasing practices include passing out brochures and business cards in the aisles or conducting meetings in special areas of the show floor such as the Delegate Lounge and Food Court. What is NAEC’s Suitcasing Policy? Any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the NAEC Exhibition Policy will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded. Additional penalties may be applied. We ask that attendees and exhibitors report any violations you may observe to show management.
