ATTENTION PLEASE...I had a meeting with council and the Developers yesterday and I have put forward this submission and would ask community members to please support it DO NOT RUIN BERKLEYS LANE! LEAVE IT AS A QUIET DEAD END... The DA approval for the IGA has a clause that upon completion of the Service Rd that The Front Entrance MUST CLOSE!!...100% of the pedestrian safety problems re the front entrance will be solved!!!... A huge % of the ongoing flow of traffic will also be solved... There is a probability of the pedestrian crossing being relocated and that also will have a positive outcome for the flow of traffic on Coronation Rd...please feel free to inbox me or call me and I can give you further details re the meeting (0412080434)... One other thing of great interest to the community is that initial council were only going to purchase a narrow price of land wide enough for a truck and car to pass but they have secured more land now which makes it very feasible that a Truck Turning Bay could be formed at the rear of the IGA or Chemist....
