****ATTENTION****To all of my dear family and friends.. I hate to do this on face book, but do not want to leave anyone out and easier to tell our story once. My husband Scott Griffin went to the Cardiologist yesterday for medical clearance for his much needed shoulder surgery; ended up with much more than we ever thought possible. He has a leak in his Aortic Valve, a very sever leak and a aneurysm in his Ascending Aorta. We were told that surgery is mandatory on an aneurysm that measures 3 cm and Scotts is measuring 5.4 cm. He will be having a Heart Cath. done on Tuesday looking for any blockages or damage that didnt show on the CT then followed by a second Echo. Once those results are back, open heart surgery will be scheduled. Im asking for positive thoughts and prayers. God is amazing, his hurt shoulder definitely saved his life. He does work in mysterious ways :) Please share and tag to be sure everyone know, no one can ever have too many prayers! On a funny note.. anyone have any extra rope or duct tape to keep my hubby on super light duty?? :)
