NJDEP and Woodbridge Township to Host Information Session to Outline Blue Acres Residential Flood Zone Buy-Out Program The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Woodbridge Township will host an Information Session to provide details of the residential buy-out program announced by Governor Chris Christie. The meeting will provide details of the Blue Acres Buy-Out Program to Woodbridge Township residents residing in a flood zone and who may be eligible for a potential buy-out. The information session for Woodbridge Township residents residing in a flood zone is scheduled for TUES., JULY 23, 2013 AT 7:00 P.M. at the First Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, 600 Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge. Representatives from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Woodbridge Township Administration, Office of Emergency Management, and New Jersey Land Conservancy will attend to provide information.
