ATTENTION ! We (Leaders) would like to assign a Alliance Guard/Guards here in our JiHaKu Alliance. Details/Duty: *They will have the responsibility of everyones safety here, *They will have the responsibility to keep the alliance peaceful, *They will be the peace keepers, *They will not tolerate any threats, they will not tolerate any thing that can harm the members and destroy the peace inside in our alliance, (even to themselves, even if theyre a alliance guard, when they do something bad to the alliance they will have the consequences too) *They will protect everyone here equally, no matter if the person is a officer or just a ordinary member and even if they dont know that person, there shall not be a priority System/Duty: (Here in Facebook Group Page) *They must/will always monitor this group page for any sorts of trouble or problem *If they see a topic or any post that have a potential threat, or that will have a potential conflict, they must prevent it quickly, peacefully, and silently as possible *If they see a rule breaker here (low level rule break), they must act immediately and talk to that person and warn them *If its a high level rule break report to the Leaders immediately dont act on your own and wait for theyre orders *If they see a high level conflict or threat, or a potential high level conflict or threat, report to the Leaders, dont act on your own and wait for theyre orders *All guards can and must help each other, to fasten the solution, and to 100% avoid any bad situations System/Duty: (In Conventions, GEBs, EBs, Meetups) *They must stay close to all members and groups *They must protect everyone (physically) *They must prioritize the safety of our girl comrades, they must prevent any threats to our girls specially .. when theres a pervert alert *If they cant engage or encounter the people who will cause a threat to our comrades and groups, they must ask aid to other guards or to the Leaders *They must monitor the alliances surroundings *If they want to be excuse, (got to go to CR, got to go home, or got to meet somebody, specially if they cant go back etc.), inform the officers, Leaders, or the members *Alliances guards must stay close to each other, and follow theyre Captains Lead -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications: *Must be online everyday, or atleast once every 2 days, to check the alliance groups situation *Must be quick to report *Must be aware and alarmed to anything *Must be loyal, honest, and dedicated *Must have a high patience, a peace of mind, a respectable personality, and diplomatic tactics *Must follow their duties, and the order of theyre captain and leaders *Must have and keep the duty code of the Alliance Guard End. - Contact us (Leaders) If you want to inquire ~~ *Note, about that two System/duty in fb page, and in conventions etc., halimbawa merong alliance guard na hindi active sa conventions, o hindi talaga kayang pumunta ng mga conventions, ok lang yun, kung sino lang ang pwedeng makapunta ng conventions at makasama satin at magawa ang duty nya ok na yun kahit onti lang, in the mean time ay sana online sya dito sa FB page natin para ma monitor at magawa ang mga duties dito* P.S Lahat ng Alliance Guard ay parehas ng duties, lahat ng nasabi dyan ay duty nyo pare parehas, hindi ka man active sa pag attend ng conventions o sa fb, kung anong kaya mong gawin dyan sa mga yan gawin mo, kahit ano lang dyan, dont feel bad if kulang ang magagawang mong duty, atleast may magawa ka kahit ano, ok na ok na yun :DD Para sa ating Grupo, para sa ating Alliance ! >:D
